A. No

Q. Are you familiar with pet First Aid and CPR?

A. Yes, we keep a pet first aid kit at all times in our vehicles and we are familiar with preforming CPR for large and small pets.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. You may cancel pet sitting services at any time and will be issued a refund of any processed payment(s), minus a 25% cancellation fee base on the total of the services or if assignment has already started, the remaining services.

**If you cancel during a pet sitting assignment, we are not responsible for finding you a replacement sitter for the remainder of the assignment.

Q. What is your payment Policy?

A. At the consultation, you are required to pay at least 50% of the total of assignment services, with the remaining amount due upon your return.

If the assignment is ongoing, payment is due in full in weekly or monthly increments prior to the start of the assignment for that week or month.

For the use of the Pet Taxi, payment is due up front and in full the day of services.

Q. I want to use the Taxi Service to transport my pet(s) to a Grooming or Veterinarian appointment, how does that work?

A. Set up an appointment with your Veterinarian or Grooming Salon and inform them that a Pet Sitter will be bringing in your pet for you. Ask that the bill be sent to your home for the services or inform them that you will be providing us with a form of payment on your behalf.

Call us and let us know that you would like for us to transport your pet to an appointment. We will need a weeks notice as well as the appointment location, date and time.

We will email you the necessary forms or visit your home to complete them. We collect your Taxi Service fee and we will then add you to our schedule.
(For emailed assignment forms, check must be left for us when we come to collect your pet)
